Rain does not have to spoil your wedding photographs. I always work calmly with the conditions on the day and look for covered areas, indoor spaces, natural light and short breaks in the weather. Some of the most atmospheric wedding images can come from changing skies, soft light and real moments.
My style is natural, romantic and real. I focus on genuine moments, family connections, atmosphere and the details that help tell the story of the day. I do give gentle guidance when needed, especially for couple portraits and family photographs, but I do not want the photography to feel forced or overly posed.
It is always best to book as early as you can, especially if your wedding is in spring, summer, or autumn on a popular weekend. Many couples book 6 to 12 months in advance, but I am also happy to help with shorter-notice weddings when I have availability.
Yes. Once I know your ceremony time, venue and the type of coverage you are considering, I can help you build a simple photography plan for the day. This can include getting-ready photographs, ceremony coverage, group photographs, couple portraits, speeches, evening guests, and natural moments throughout the day.
No. Kent is my main local area, but I also photograph weddings across the Southeast, including Sussex, Surrey, London and Essex. If your venue is slightly further away, you are welcome to get in touch, and I can let you know if I am available.
Yes. Although my approach is natural and relaxed, I understand how important family photographs are. I usually recommend keeping the formal list simple so it does not take over the day. A clear plan helps us quickly capture the key family groups, leaving more time for natural photographs and enjoying the celebration.
Yes. Not every wedding needs full-day coverage. Smaller ceremonies, registry office weddings and intimate celebrations can often be covered with a shorter photography collection. Tell me about your plans, and I can help you choose the right amount of coverage.
